Insurance
At Cross Comfort, payment is collected in full at the time of service. We also accept out-of-network insurance through Thrizer, a platform that helps simplify the claims and reimbursement process. You’ll pay your session fee upfront, and once your claim is processed, your insurance plan will reimburse you based on your specific out-of-network benefits. If your deductible has been met, Thrizer may coordinate payment directly with Cross Comfort.
